Statutory withdrawal and returns

For distance purchases, consumers normally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the goods are received. Notify us clearly at hello@norvelva.com before the deadline. After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days.

You normally pay the direct return cost unless we have agreed otherwise, failed to provide required information about that cost, or the return is caused by our error or a defect. When the statutory withdrawal right is used, we refund the amounts required by law, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Statutory exceptions apply where relevant.

 

60-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

In addition to your statutory rights, you may request our voluntary money-back guarantee within 60 days after receiving the goods. The product must be unopened, unused, complete and in its original sealed packaging. Contact us before returning it and include your order number.

Under this voluntary guarantee, we refund the full product price. Original delivery charges and return costs are not refunded unless required by law or the return results from our error. Personalised goods, digital products, gift cards and products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons after a seal has been broken are excluded. This guarantee does not limit the statutory withdrawal right or rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. We may withhold a refund until the returned goods are received or you provide evidence that they were sent. Approved refunds are processed without undue delay and normally within 14 days. No restocking fee is charged.
